Vivek, who tickled the funny bone of the audience as ÂAssault Arumugam in Dhanush-SurajÂs earlier venture ÂPadikadhavanÂ, has now become ÂChild Chinna for the same combinationÂs next film ÂMappillaiÂ.
ÂThe movieÂs basic knot alone is inspired from Rajini sirÂs ÂMappillaiÂ. Apart from that, the entire script has been rewritten and many new characters are there. One among them is Child Chinna, says Suraj.
Shedding more light on the comedianÂs character, the director says, ÂVivek is playing a youngster, who attempts to clear higher secondary examination for many years. He is one of the important highlights of Mappillai.Â
